What if we we were all like her?

Whenever I watch this video I can’t help but smile! I wonder…what if we were all as positive as this little girl?  How would your training be different if you thought as highly about yourself as she does of herself?  Would you progress faster?  Would you have a better attitude?

Your progress not only as an athlete but as a person is determined by how much you are willing to put into yourself.  If you often doubt yourself and think negative about your progress I can bet you that that is the way you will continue to fall.  If you want to see improvement in you have to believe that you can do it. I can only imagine that this little girl as well as the others around her that were hearing her yell at herself in the mirror had a very rewarding day simply by waking up with positive thoughts.  Now let’s be realistic! It doesn’t mean everything is going to be perfect and that you will not make any mistakes or wrong choices that day, but it does mean that you may see things a little more positive.  Positive thoughts leave room for reflection instead of frustration towards your daily tasks.  Waking up this way will help steer you in an upward direction throughout the day.
