Hydrate (Beachbody Performance Line)
When you’re not properly hydrated during workouts, you can experience a drop in power and performance. Even mild dehydration can cause a dramatic reduction in exercise performance and tolerance.
Regular sports drinks can be packed with too much sugar and artificial ingredients. Hydrate was created with an ideal ratio of carbohydrates, electrolytes and water to maximize absorption and help replenish what your body loses through sweat. Hydrate is recommended to help promote endurance in extended, high-intensity exercise.

Do you enjoy 1 on 1 training with someone watching you and helping to target specific goals? I offer 30 and 45 minute sessions outdoors or in your home in a space of your choosing. We also have an online option via video conferencing if this is more comfortanle for you. Prices are based on the time and type of session. Check out our options at Personal Training Options. Discounts apply if you purchase access to our online workout service for your off days in which you do not have a personal training session scheduled. Group Fitness

Weight Loss
Weight loss can be hard on your own and sometimes discouraging because of the length of time it takes to see results. I promise to help you every step of the way so that you can feel motivated and positive throughout your journey.
Strength
Strength training is something you can do if you want to build muscle or tone up around specific areas. I will use basic power lifting technques as well as weight training to maximize your results.
Cardio
Cardio is one of the most important exercises for your heart but it doesn’t have to be done on a treadmill for lengthy periods of time or by running a marathon. I incorporate HIIT training as well as short low impact peripheral heart movements to help you keep your cardio levels up. No need for an hour on a machine that you might not even know how to use. We may use some machines, but I will show you how to make the best out of your time.
