Today I want to share one of my success formula’s with you. I find that most people understand concepts better when they are broken down into smaller pieces. I know that my brain works best that way. In order to be successful, you have to have a plan as to how you are going to do it. There could be so many different ones and I would love to hear from you as to what your is. I encourage you to comment below and let me know what your is. Today I want to show you what mine is.
It looks a little like this:
The formula would look something like this:
See + Learn + Own = Success
What strong and powerful words. These 3 words are the description of what “opportunity” is in any aspect of life. Put together, they will result in success. The cool part about this formula is that it is almost like math in the sense that if one piece of the equation is missing, the outcome will not be the same and/or the formula will be incomplete.
Let’s go into these three steps a little more in detail.
See It: An opportunity presents itself which is the initial “See It” part of the formula. This is the stage in which you have a chance to decide whether the opportunity is worth pursuing.
Learn It: If the opportunity is something you believe is achievable, you need to learn how you can make the most out of it and how it has the possibility to impact your life.
Own It: Once you have learned how the opportunity can impact your life specifically, you can now implement it and push yourself to achieve your goals.
Just like 2+3+4=9, this formula equals success.
By using these 3 steps you can create success in your life.
The Final Piece
There is one more part to this formula that we haven’t covered yet. It will work best if you believe that your choices are going to be a positive and progressive addition to your life or situation.
I challenge you to use this formula and start taking advantage of the opportunities that are presented to you. You will start to feel successful. Feeling successful is what helps us remain mentally and emotionally strong during our tougher times. We all know there will be times in your life when you are struggling and need some extra motivation. This is one way to get through it and see past the hard stuff.
Do you have a different formula to success? How does it work for you?
“You are your own most powerful motivator and critic. Which will you be?”
