I am writing this today to talk a little about gratitude and how it is something we often push to the side and take for granted. It seems simple but is a real game changer. Once I started reminding myself daily what I am thankful for, I was able to think more clearly throughout the day. I was able to see the positive sides of tough situations simply by writing a few things down.

I decided to share my gratitude routine because I just find it so beneficial. It only takes a few minutes of your day.

Here we go!

Write down 3 things that you are grateful for each morning. The End!

That’s literally it! I know it sounds cliche but the power of the exercise is so much more than the few minutes that it takes to get it done.

I challenge you to do this for one month and see how it can have an impact on your life.

What are you grateful for?

At first you may find it hard to think of things depending on where you are in life but it will come. I can confidently tell you that there are positives in your life even if you feel like there aren’t. You may have to dig deeper for them if you feel like it is difficult to come up with something. I encourage you to do it in the mornings so that you can start with a positive mindset right away and be able to transfer those feelings into your day. It may take you more than a few minutes at first, but that’s okay. That just shows how determined you are to be more successful. The time is worth the result.

I would love to know how this goes for you. Comment below and let me know how you enjoyed doing this. Gratitude is simple but effective.
