Fear is made up!

Have you ever wondered why you are afraid of something but your friend or teammate isn’t? Have you ever noticed how your fears are not usually the same as someone else’s?

That’s because it’s all made up! You came up with it all by yourself!
Coincidently, you are the only one who can tell it to get out of your way!

You are in charge of your fears because you came up with them. If I made them up I would be in charge, or if your mom made them up she would be in charge.

Let’s take a look at some of the roles that a person in charge has to play. They are a type of leader. They have to make important decisions.

They have to decide what and when something happens or changes. They also have the power to tell others what to do.

This is how you need to think about your fears! You are the leader. That means that you have the power to tell it what to do. You have the strength to push it aside. You also have the opportunity to completely demolish it. Take a deep breath and go for it! Spare some courage so that you can be bigger than your fears.

BE IN CHARGE, because the result at the end of the day will be more rewarding than you can ever imagine. You will be proud of yourself.

“You are your own most powerful motivator and critic. Which will you be?”
